Abilities:
telepathy. her power that she first noticed was her telepathy, which has enabled her to access others' minds quite easily. Adri can hear others' thoughts, as well as project her own thoughts into their minds, therefore making them do some stuff, though that's limited, since she is still figuring that out, but she is managing to get out of sticky situations, especially making them think she's someone else, or get out of a ticket or what-ever. Even though she can do this, if she's diving into someone's head, or controlling them, if someone should hit her on the head, or a loud noise, it will disrupt her and give her a slight headache, and also cause her to lose grip on said person's mind, and she'd have to do it again once the headache disappeared, which would only take a minute or less, depending on the noise, high-pitched or not, and if she was hit on the head or not.
telekinesis. The other power she quickly discovered. It's her favorite one out of the three, this enables her not only to use defense-related attacks, but also offense-related attacks, giving her an advantage. She can push doors open, open locks with concentration - unless drugged, her telekinesis can be disrupted if she's heavily drugged by anything but aspirin for a headache. Adrian can shove cars out of her way, or throw them up to defend herself, but that seems to be her limit. A bus she can shove out of her way, but that's about it, and with good force, but she can't certainly lift buildings or anything of the sort. She can lift other people easily as well, though she can't lift more than about seven cars at a time it seems - last time she tried. With her anger, if she's angry enough, her telekinesis can get strong, but it's very, very unruly, and she can even hurt herself easily if she gets angry enough and accidentally hits herself with something.
phasing. This, in Adri's case is a mental-power, and it can be triggered to enable herself, and up to three other people to go through walls, or have something go through them. Sometimes it can be an automatically-triggered defense mechanism, though other times it can also just be there for if she wants to get to a room faster, to go through walls. Though with this, the bad is that she can start to phase through something, and suddenly stop, or if she tries to let a bullet go through her, if she isn't careful and returns to physical form, the bullet can get lodged in her no matter what. She also can't stay intangible for more than a few minutes, as well as that she can't seem to phase through lead very well, if she tries, sometimes she gets stuck, or it takes her quite a long time - so she usually stays away from it.
Personality: Adri is the type of girl who seems to have multiple personalities, even if she really doesn't. Her personality will adapt with the situation she's in, between a party or at home studying, Adrian will change to her environment, and can do it quite well. Recently she's taken to Buddhism in a sense, and likes to meditate quite a bit - believing it helps focus her telepathy and telekinesis more than her phasing abilities. She has the habit to run her hand through her hair or toy with her hair when she's nervous, or deep in thought, which can usually be noticed by her first pacing in her place, or where-ever she may be, but usually it's in a closed environment. Adri loves secrets, especially due to her powerful telepathy, she is able to manipulate people's minds with it, and she knows who is who, and keeps secrets well. After all, she has a deep respect for people who don't want anything to do with her - besides a job or what-ever - especially for herself with her powers and others like her. She is deeply loyal, and will stick to anyone till the end.

Physical Appearance: Adriana shares her parents' height - though she doesn't know this - since she stands at a good 5'8" without heels on. Needless to say, she rarely wears heels to begin with, unless they're comfortable, which they can be sometimes, since they allow for a better, worse mark and pain if she should need to kick someone with them. She keeps herself in shape with martial arts, which she picked up when she was 14 with her powers under her belt - for the most part - and she is currently a belt away from a black-belt, though she figures she probably won't ever be able to achieve that, she still knows enough she thinks to keep her own in a battle, though she'll never admit it, Adriana weighs about 135 pounds or so. Blonde hair that rests below her shoulders is her hair color and length, one which she takes very good care of, since she enjoys toying with it a lot too, she can be seen from a straight ponytail to gentle waves the next day - it all depends on her mood and what she has for plans for that day. Her eyes are a deep green, which appear to darken with her mood, though stay a nice shade of green nonetheless. One thing Adriana prides herself in - her fashion. You'll rarely see her in something that can't be described as "fashionable." She likes to be able to wear pretty much what-ever she wants, and she does, especially when she knows she can get what she wants when she dresses a bit more...revealing, so to speak. Even if this happens only rarely, she still will do it in order to get what she wants in the end. Leggings and dresses are her best friends in fashion, though if they should go out of style, she will most likely continue wearing them, since they still allow her to move freely - mostly - without needing to worry about showing the world everything below her dress.
History: As sharing the history with her fellow mutants, Adriana was born to two parents, as needed, though she never knew either one of them. Upon her birth, her parents disappeared from her life, and all she was given was a small necklace that she was told her mother wanted her to have, and just the memory of knowing that she was alone in the world, since her relatives had been told she was dead. Adriana, unfortunately was branded by the Government from an early age, and within three years at the orphanage, she got a stroke of luck and was adopted by a young couple who were looking for a young child, and Adriana being just two at the time, they - reluctantly took the two-year-old home with them. Little did they know what was happening when they did that. Needless to say, her adopted parents noticed the branding on the back of her neck on her first bath, that had been covered by her short blonde hair, but nonetheless, they were concerned and called their doctor. Nothing happened, the doctors couldn't "see" them for a good few months. Lisa, her mother took care of her at home while her husband, Adriana's adopted father, Mark worked as a legal assistant and spoke both Spanish and English to get paid even more. Adriana got to stay with this couple till she was 7, then she was sent back to an orphanage when her parents were killed.
Well - died she was told. It had been a car "accident," but deep in her heart, she knew better. They had been on their way to see her first grade play, where she got to go out on stage and say a few lines about being an apple, her favorite fruit then and today even, especially because of the color too. Adriana was heart-broken when she was told her parents died, and was sent back to an orphanage, where she managed to befriend some other children, and met up with a young girl, about her age named Lilly, who also had a tattoo like hers on the back of her neck as well. Over time, when Adriana turned 12 in the orphanage, with Lilly shortly turning 12 after Adriana by about 5 months, Adriana began to experience weird things. Her powers were developing, as she was. Her mind grew, and she then noticed she could control others' thoughts, and often got herself and Lilly out of trouble. Adriana continued to find her passion with acting and singing in the orphanage, always getting involved in the little skits they'd sometimes put up for people who would come in and think about adopting one of them, always hoping she could be adopted again by a couple like Lisa and Mark.
That never happened. Adriana left the orphanage when she was 18 and appeared here, in Chicago from Milwaukee. Here she moved and found an apartment, after having been studying martial arts for the past few years, she left her Sensei and did manage to find him on Facebook and online so that they can chat and practice through Skype and such. Here is where Adriana used her powers. She got an apartment - which fortunately allows animals - and for a decent price too. Her landlord is kind enough towards her, as she landed random small commercial acting promos, and sung in a community choir once in awhile, till she found herself with someone who wrote songs, and wanted her to sing them. Nonetheless, Adriana decided to stick with the background, wanting to live as normal as possible, even though she knew about the Government and such. She drew away from her Sensei about a month ago, going on on her own through practice and watching others at a local karate place, as well as her singing and acting, she only does it once in awhile. Now, she's planning on attending college full-time here, in Chicago to major in something - she hopes. Otherwise, Adri is now a part-time receptionist at the hospital, since she's thinking about becoming a psychologist to work with people, or police work, and also works, when not at the hospital, works part-time as a hostess at Olive Garden. She wants to get into Fashion Merchandising when she gets older if not a nurse or something, so she's aiming for a job with Bloomingdale's or something. Either way now, Adriana is working full-time with two part-time jobs, mostly over minimum wage, and is planning on hopefully starting college, while keeping her tattoo covered, she's looking for someone to remove it, and is hoping the Government - or the Underground - won't find her.

Roleplay Post:
A soft sound of the breathing interrupted her thoughts for a few moments, as the comforting sound of her dog's breathing soothed her frazzled nerves. They were so close, and on cooler nights in December, it was always nice to have an extra body in the bed with you, especially if it was a furry one. Curling up closer to the 3-year-old Golden Retriever, the blond whispered, reluctantly, having taken a nap, "I don't want to wake up from this nap, it felt too good." The animal whined softly, before shifting slightly, wanting to get comfortable once more again - if possible. When it seemed impossible, the dog huffed and got up, but not before nudging her owner a good nudge to make sure she didn't go back to sleep either. Grinning softly, she rolled over and her eyes landed on the chocolate-brown eyes of the dog, and she sighed, before leaning up. The dog had already been fed, at least she didn't need to worry about anyone trying to re-feed the dog. It wasn't like there was unlimited amount of dog food now, though she knew she could catch rabbits and such, she'd much prefer if her dog didn't take off randomly just to get something that could have rabies, or be sick and therefore get her sick. Patting the silky smooth head of the light-colored Golden Retriever, she leaned up and slid on her jacket, before musing, "Ready girl?" The Nephilim arched an eyebrow and the dog snorted, before heading out of the door that connected her room to the corridor of the church. The Church where she was taking refuge. The church she knew in the older days would look down on her, since she was pregnant without a husband, but now a days everyone's key focus seemed to be on surviving. It was hers too, as well as keeping Rain safe and healthy. Placing a hand nervously on her still flat stomach, the young woman patted her thigh, keeping the dog from lagging behind as they headed outside.
It wasn't too bad out, but she still tucked up her collar on her jacket, checking on the dog who seemed perfectly fine - as she usually did. That convenient fur coat. The dog's hackles raised ever so slightly towards what she could smell along with the four-legged creature as a demon. Most of the time - fortunately she didn't seem to need to worry about demons, mainly because they didn't seem to think of her as much of a threat. Why? She figured it was probably because she was only a half-breed, and most demons thought of ones like her as - unworthy would be a good word. A scowl flickered over her features before she then snapped her anti-demon gun, one she's had for awhile towards a demon who was wandering across the street, heading towards its own destination. The creature snorted her way, as if to say, "yeah right" and pressed on. Holstering her weapon once more, the blond, her voice feathery, soft and angelic cooed to the dog whose nose had perked up, catching something in the air that perked her interest, "What is it, Rain?" The dog snorted, before padding off, heading away from the blond for a few feet and continuing along her way as she headed towards whatever had perked up her sensitive nostrils. A sense the Nephilim knew she'd most likely never be able to mimic, but could probably get pretty darn close to.
Following her dog, she shook her head and muttered something, though continued, not wanting to lose Rain. The dog then paused, as in her vision appeared a being, heading their way. Since the rain had fortunately ended, as the blond produced a kitchen towel about to dry off Rain somewhat, she frowned when her eyes landed on the thing that had caught her dog's interest. A person - a blond woman. An eyebrow arched slightly in curiosity, it was interesting needless to say, especially with the faint icy, angelic-like scent she recognized, after being with Zaz for a few days and learning some stuff. A fallen, she figured. Or another Nephilim, since they had a slight icy smell to them, though not much. Pausing, she called out to the being, "Hey!" She groaned when Rain padded up to the blond, tail wagging back and forth. At least she had a pretty good judge of character, or else Rain would most likely be dead by now. Shaking her head at this thought, the young girl quickly pushed that thought away as she approached her dog and the being, and mused, "Her bark's worse than her bite..." she latched a pair of fingers beneath the sky-blue collar on the animal, "C'mon, Rain, you gotta stop doing that." she playfully rubbed the dog's head with the towel, before her eyes landed on this woman's clothing. A mixture of emotions floated over her features before she could stop them. Not that she would have tried very hard either, to hide them, but she couldn't help herself.
This woman had to have seen better days. Teeth found her bottom lip for a moment, as the Nephilim then paused, before inquiring, "I'm sorry...but..." she felt her maternal instincts come out, "Let's get you changed, no? Even if you can't, I still don't want you getting uncomfortable or sick." Her green eyes narrowed slightly, before she pointed towards a nearby boutique, one she knew had clothing and shoes, ones that would easily fit this woman, obviously one who had to be an angel, or something along those lines. "That store there should have plenty of things for you." She spoke, hardly realizing she was at all, then she'd feel bad for it. Releasing Rain, the blond then spoke, suddenly having a moment of clarity, "Ummm...this is Rain...I'm Sarah...and I'm sorry for kind of...exploding on you like that." she grinned shyly, and admitted, whispering softly, "Must be hormones."
