Abilities:
immortality. Christian has immortality, but in order to remain immortal, he must kill a person at least once a year in order to "sustain" himself or he'll start aging normally. From killing this person, he just needs to drink blood at least a few times a year. This - he has never told anyone. He can't get hurt, if someone tries to stab him, it will just bother him, he'll yank it out and it will heal within a matter of moments. Therefore, he has made it so that every time his birthday rolls around, July 18th, that he also drinks about a pint of blood so that he remains as he is. It's been like that for decades, why should he change it now? Christian only knows this, and so does his second-in-command, he's thinking on telling Hayden, the Tech Head just in case, though he's still doubtful.
magic/summoning. He isn't sure what to call it, but either way, he assumes it more magic than anything, that he can just summon with it. This magic is limitless, but in order to get powerful spells, he must be wearing the piece of jewelry that allows him to tap into his magic better and produce the stronger spell. This is the one drawback, and he is known for summoning things, such as a book to come to him, but especially the "familiar spirits" or familiars, as he and the Underground people call them. Most of the time they can be a mythological-looking animal like a nine-tailed fox he's associated with, to just a normal-looking dog or wolf - depending on what he asked to come and what actually did. Magic with his ring, which he always wears, and never lets it out of his sight. With his magic, it draws on his strength somewhat for powerful spells, therefore he is always careful, but knows with practice, and he has been, he can get stronger and go long with magic.
illusion. This is one of his favorite powers, since it is quite useful. This enables him to manipulate what others' see, hear, taste, smell and think even through their environment. Christian with this can usually get a person's deepest fear and bring it to life for them. He can make a prison guard - if he should be breaking out - see that everything's going just fine, while he may be kicking someone's butt on camera, and the guard doesn't do anything. Though in order to do this, he usually needs to have some type of connection to the person, whether by looking at them through a photo and knowing their general location, like a building, he can cause them to see stuff, the best is when he's within a couple hundred yards of the person or people to get them to see what he wants them to see. With this, like someone's telepathy, if a loud noise startles him, he'll look concentration and need to re-do it.
Personality: He is the leader of the Underground, and he has gained that title. Christian has charisma, and uses this to his advantage, as well as having a "silver tongue." He enjoys being able to befriend people and lead them to show that the Government is corrupt, and that they, like everyone else deserve a right not to have to worry about being hunted like animals. He is associated a lot with the winged-demon-wolf that's with him a lot, and the kitsune, or the nine-tailed fox, both of which can be seen with him sometimes, as they are his preferred familiars, though they usually return to where they come from if Christian should venture outside of the Underground areas. He likes to keep things neat and orderly, and doesn't like to have to rely on other people, though he does once a year at least for blood to continue living as he is, though he's trustworthy, he isn't all that trusting with others.

Physical Appearance: Christian stands at a good 6'3" thanks to his father, and shares with him the leaner figure, though muscular built at a good 190 pounds, give or take. He honestly doesn't care much about his weight, since he knows he has muscles, and he is comfortable with his body. He likes to dress moderately decent, and he does, sometimes being found in jeans, up to wearing a suit if he should be going out to a social event or something, especially with people who don't know who he is exactly with the Underground, if at all. He has dark eyes, though he figures they're just brown, and in July, they always start to get somewhat lighter up till the 18th, where they become a pale blue, as if he should be albino, and he drinks the pint of blood at least, and they return back to their normal dark brown color. Like his dark eyes, he has dark brown hair which he will wear brushed and slicked back, or ruffled, or just plain leaving it as it is for the day, it all depends on how he feels when he wakes up in the morning.
History: Christian's parents were Greeks. They both were immortals, this much he knows, but he doesn't know if they had to survive like he does - by blood once a year. Nonetheless, not much is known about Christian's past, and he likes to keep it that way. He founded the Underground the moment he figured out what was happening in the world some decades ago. Christian used his powers to draw in people to listen to him speak, in order to start recruiting people. He discovered his latest power, illusions about 50 years ago, and he since then has been practicing it. With the Underground established now, he confides in Hayden somewhat, having found her just recently, and with her gifts, established her as Tech Head. He does respect her to a degree, though she has yet to fully prove herself - perhaps she could be of some help with his car...he'll need to figure that out.

Nevertheless, Christian was younger when he found out, in order to live, he had to drink blood. His father had written to him, explaining that at least once a year, he must drink a pint of human blood, or else face the consequences, which was usually just - start aging normally after 24 hours of pain due to not having the blood within a 365-day period. Christian since then kills a person once every few years, at least as long as he can use their blood. Most of the time it's someone he hopes society will never notice gone, in order to keep him going. At least he's immortal, but he pays the price every July 18th, a price he's eager to pay, especially with a war brewing, he wants to be at the top, and bring the others like him, with him.
